After graduating high school in 2013, Stefan moved to Cologne, where he completed his journalism degree while working as a student assistant at the production company bildundtonfabrik. Jan Böhmermann brought him on as the youngest member of his writing team for the first edition of the award-winning satire show NEO MAGAZIN.

At the end of 2017, Stefan conceived of the idea for a teen comedy-drama based on real-life events, which led to him co-developing the internationally successful Netflix series How To Sell Drugs Online (Fast). Together with the writing team, he wrote Seasons 1, 2, and 3 and also worked as a producer for the series, for which he was awarded the Grimme Award, the Austrian Romy, and the German Television Prize.
